Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tribe Solutions LLC, which operates Nomadify. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use Nomadify

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person, with your real name and photos of yourself.

Meeting people safely

Nomadify helps you meet people in real life. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going and trust your instincts. We do not run background checks, and a verified badge only means the person matched their profile photo. You are responsible for your own safety and your interactions.

What is not allowed

Harassment, hate, threats, or pressuring anyone to meet.
Nudity, sexual content or sexual services.
Spam, scams, selling, or promoting other services.
Fake profiles, impersonation, or photos that are not you.
Anything illegal, including drugs and dangerous activities.

We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a licence to store, show and process it only to run Nomadify. You confirm you have the right to post it.

Nomadify Plus

Plus is an optional subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel in your store account. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds follow the store's rules.

Plans and places

Plans are created by users. We do not organise, check or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for what happens at them. Plan ideas suggested by the app are suggestions only.

The service

We work to keep Nomadify available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other users.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See how to delete your account.
