Delete your Nomadify account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Nomadify and go to your profile.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.

Without the app

Email store@tribe.az from the email address of your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my Nomadify account". We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, trips, plans you host, connections, ratings you received, push tokens, subscription link and your sign-in.

What may be kept

Messages you sent stay in the chat for the other members, shown from a deleted user and no longer linked to you. Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days. Reports made about your account may be kept when we need them to protect other users or to meet legal duties. A Plus subscription is managed by Google Play or the App Store: cancel it there so you are not charged again.
